Included with DROP OFF catering: Delivery, Professional Setup, Basic Disposable Pans and Trays, and Clear Plastic Plates and Flatware. (Disposable chafers available for $5/chafer).

Included with FULL SERVICE Buffet catering:  Professional Servers that will set up buffet keeping it clean and full, bus tables, set up drink station, keeping it full and cut and serve cake. Clear Plastic Plates, Glasses, and Flatware, and Beverage Service (Coffee, tea, lemonade, and water) with a $15/person minimum. We offer fancier disposable dishes for $4 more per person. The following prices are for buffet style serving. We can do full plated or family style catering for an extra charge!

Some Venues may incur EXTRA CHARGES for: Full room set up, full room tear down, setting up of the ceremony site, complete sweep and mop of the venues, dish washing, trash removal, and anything else not listed under the Full Service Buffet catering above.

HOLIDAY CHARGES: A 20% charge may be added to any party that is booked on any calendar holiday.

Taxes: There is a 8.25% sales tax charged onto the final bill.

Payment Breakdown: Our typical payment plan is $250.00 down, non-refundable, to hold the date. (Parties estimated to be less than $1,000 total is only a $100 deposit). Then, two months before the event, 50% of the estimated balance will be due. The final balance will be due two weeks before the day of the event. 

We never add an automatic charge for gratuity; we feel that gratuity should be earned not a hidden cost.
